Rainbow Soul is broadcasted from two areas within the lands of the Indigenous People of the United States of America. Specifically Rainbow Soul recognizes that the land now called USA was stolen from the Ute, Arapahoe, Susquehannocks, Lenni Lenape and Iroquois people. They recognize that Indigenous sovereignty has never been ceded and pay respect to Elders past, present & emerging. Always was, always will be Indigenous land.

Rainbow Soul recognizes the fact that the current culture of the USA has been built by people of color in slavery. They recognize that People of Color are not recovered from the generational burdens of slavery. Rainbow Soul makes all attempts to include people of Color and other minorities in broadcasts. They also work to stay educated so that broadcasts include educational information regarding the proper history of the USA.

Rainbow Soul Recognizes that Intersex people have been and still are mutilated at birth. Rainbow Soul declares that intersex people are a natural occurrence in human nature and support the rights, choice, recognition, & celebration of their existence. Surgery or any kind of manipulation of their physical, social, emotional, or mental expressions shall not be aloud to suppress them any longer, if any of these gender influences are applied they will be held till the intersex person is old enough to understand the impact and make the choice themself. Although intersex people have a different experience than LGBTQIA+ people we recognize that their experience is unique and needs recognition therefore we celebrate them within the Rainbow.

Rainbow Soul honors and respects all people that use wheelchairs, people with physical and intellectual disabilities and people with mental health disabilities. Rainbow Soul recognizes that we are all unique human beings residing on planet earth. We all come in different shapes, sizes, colors and styles and Rainbow Soul works to celebrate diversity and inclusion as a means to enrichment for our show, community, and topics. Artists with disabilities of any kind are included in consideration to be featured. Rainbow Soul chooses to celebrate the differences and bring the similarities to the light, so that we may all see the soul that resides in each and every one of us. We are all connected.
